Negombo

After you exit the Bandaranaike International Airport, your personal Passion Tours Guide will take you to a luxurious and comfortable vehicle and drive you to Negombo – which will be your first stop for this 14 day Wildlife Tour in Sri Lanka. Relax on the golden and wide dream beach and check into Heritance in Negombo for the night.

Wilpattu National Park

The next morning, you will beginn your wildlife journey and head towards to the Muthurajawela Marsh Boat Safari. Discover an impressive variety of birds on the canals built by the dutch and the Negombo lagoon. After about 3 hours drive you will check in to Avasta Resort and Spa in Anuradhapuraya for two nights.

On Day, 3 in the early morning waiting for you the Jeep Safari in Wilpattu National Park to observe the wildlife, at evening you can explore by bike the beautiful landscape and nature around the Nuwara Wewa Lake.

Dambulla / Minneriya National Park

After visiting the Dambulla Cave Temple the next morning, you will drive to Minneriya National Park for your exciting Jeep Safari until the sunset. Cinnamon Lodge Habarana is where you will be staying for the night.

Sigiriya

On Day 5, you will visit Sigiriya sanctuary area for bird watching Safari with an extra Guide who will show you at early morning the wide variety of beautiful birds in Sri Lanka.

Later, you will explore the popular and famous Lion’s Rock in Sigiriya. On your way up you will discover almost exactly half of the ascent awaits the beautiful frescoes, the cloud girls engraved in the rocks. Once at the top, simply enjoy the incredible view!

Your overnight is the Cinnamon Citadel in Kandy.

Nuwara Eliya

The next morning, visit the Temple of the Tooth in Kandy, where you can be blessed by Buddhist monks. Observe the religious life of the present and learn about the culture and traditions of Buddhism. Later near Kandy, the Royal Botanical Garden awaits you.

Enjoy the beautiful Ramboda waterfalls on the way through the highlands to Nuwara Eliya and one of the best teas in the world after a tour of the Glenloch tea factory. No matter where you look, it’s beautiful. Heritance Tea Factory is where you will be staying for the next two nights.

Early on day 7 you will visit the Horton Plains National Park – a 9 km trail that takes you through unique nature with incredible views to the “World´s End” and Bakers Falls. In the evening you can take a sightseeing tour in Nuwara Eliya with a visit to “Little England”.

Ella

The next morning, you will enter an exciting train journey – known to be one of the most beautiful in the world. The only thing you have to do, sit back and enjoy!

Later arrived in Ella you can visit the picturesque and famous Nine Arch Bridge.

In Ella where the exclusive 98 Acres Resort & Spa is located you will stay for the night.

Little Adam´s Peak

Around Ella on the way to Yala National Park you can explore Little Adams Peak, Ella Gap, Rawana waterfalls and Diyaluma Waterfall once again with an amazing view.

After about 2 hours drive you will reach Cinnamon Wild Yale, your hotel for the night.

Yala National Park

The next day, you will transfer to Yala and experience the much awaited morning jeep safari at Yala National Park to explore the rich wildlife. At evening you visit Elephant Transit Home. The concept of this facility is to take care of the orphaned elephant calves until they can take care of themselves to be released back into the wild. The calves are supplied with milk every three hours, 365 days a year.

You will check in to the Udawalawe Grand Hotel to relax and unwind for the night.

Udawalawe National Park / Sinharaja National Park

You will spend Day 9 exploring the Udawalawe National Park on a jeep safari, famous for its many herds of elephants. After you will transfer to Sinharaja National Park and check in to Rain forest Eco Lodge for the next two nights.

On Day 12 a full day trekking tour is scheduled to explore the Sinharaja Rain Forest. About 280 different kinds of bird species found, including about 34 endemic birds. So plenty of looking around, including bathing at the waterfall, if you like!

Galle

After about 2 hours drive from Sinharaja you will reach the Madu River for your boat safari through the lagoon, river islands and the beautiful animal and natural world, wherever you look. On the way to Galle you can visit in Kosgoda the Turtle Hatchery.

For the last night you will stay in Amari Galle.

Airport

On your last day of the Wildlife Tour you will visit the Dutch Fort in Galle, this is one of the best preserved sea forts in all of South Asia. After that, your personal Passion-Tours guide will take you to the Airport or the booked beach hotel.
