Anuradhapura

Assuming an early arrival on day 1 at the Bandaranaike International Airport, your personal Passion Tours Guide will take you to a luxurious and comfortable vehicie and drive you in about 4 hours to Anuradhapura to begin this cultural tour of Sri Lanka.

Explore the ancient city of Anuradhapura, observe the several historical ruins and check in to Cinnamon Lodge Habarana for relaxing and the next three nights.

Dambulla Cave Temple / Sigiriya Rock

On day 2 you will visit the Lion’s Rock and explore the Rock Fortress with an fantastic panorama view on the top (1200 steps to climb) and the beautiful Aukana Buddha statue. Head back to Habarana for the night.

On day 3 you visit the Dambulla Cave Temple (about 400 steps to climb) and the Mihintale Buddhist Temple and return once again to Habarana for the night.

Kandy

From Habarana just 1 hour drive you will visit the Matale Alu Vihara Temple. In Kandy (after about 1,5 hours drive), you will enjoy at the evening a cultural and traditionally dance show and then check in to Cinnamon Citadel in Kandy on a half board basis.

Kandy / Airport

Early next morning, you visit the ceremony in Temple of the Tooth and obtain blessings from Buddhist Monks. Thereafter your personal Passion-Tours guide will take you to the Airport for your onward journey or bring you to your booked beach hotel.
