Sigiriya / Dambulla

After you exit the Bandaranaike International Airport, your personal Passion Tours Guide will take you to a luxurious and comfortable vehicie and drive you to Dambulla – which will be your first stop for this Adventure Tour in Sri Lanka. At the evening you can walk around by foot or bike the Kandalama Lake in beautiful nature until sunset.

Day 2

In the morning with pleasant tempartures you climb up to Sigiriya Rock: a rock fortress built by an ancient Sinhalese King. Ruins and a fantastic panoramic views at the top will be astonished.

In the afternoon there is a small climbing activity where you can explore the famous Dambulla Cave Temple, which was built from ancient times and is now a World Heritage Site.

You will stay at Cinnamon Lodge Habarana for two nights.

Pidurangala

In the morning time we have scheduled a bird watching tour for you around Dambulla with an extra Guide. There are more then 200 different kinds of bird species found, including about 20 endemic birds.

Pidurangala Rock: Temple built on a rock. Historic exploration on the way and stunning views at the top over the landscape and the Sigiriya Lion Rock. Kitulgala is your next destination, where your Rafting adventure starts at the next day.

You will stay at Palmstone Retreat in Kitulgala for the night.

Kitulgala / Nuwara Eliya

Kitulgala just 2 hours south of Nuwara Eliya. Here you will enjoy an exciting whitewater rafting experience along with a delicious and authentic Sri Lankan rice and curry lunch. Afterwards, on the way to Nuwara Eliya, you will be able to admire the Clairs Falls and Devon Falls waterfalls.

You will be staying and relaxing in Heritance Tea Factory in Nuwara Eliya for the night.

Horton Plains / Ella

On this day you will visit the Horton Plains National Park in the early morning. This is a 9.5km nature trail which includes the view of World’s End point and also a visit to the famous Bakers Falls. From the World’s End to more than 1050 vertical meters, you can enjoy with a clear view the Indian Ocean.

In Nuwara Eliya after the Sightseeing with “Little England” you will be driven to the Nanu Oya train station for your train ride to Ella. This is a ride during which you must do nothing but sit back, relax, and enjoy the most breathtaking scenery.

Ella / Yala

In Ella, it’s a good idea to start the day at dawn as you hike to the Little Adam’s Peak through the beautiful tea plantations and enjoy the best views of the Ella Gap. The Nine Arch Bridge and the Rawana Waterfall are other attractions you can visit in Ella before heading to Tissamaharama to the Yala National Park.

Your overnight stay we selected for you, before the Jeep safari the next morning, is the Cinnamon Wild in Yala.

Yala National Park

In the early morning a jeep safari is waiting for you to explore the Yala National Park, which you will surely not forget. Be fascinated by the wildlife of Sri Lanka on the Jeep safari and observe the rarest animals.
